What you‘ll do:
- Strategically drive the development and implementation of Orb’s evolving Social & Influencer strategies across a variation of clients, whilst driving alignment across all internal & external team members.
- Plan, brief and oversee insight driven campaigns across our social channels, working with both media and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered within the necessary budgets and time frames.
- A key partner in mapping out how social and influencer campaigns can support key content and brand priorities across key platforms.
- Act as a brand guardian ensuring communications align to client brand toolkit and tone of voice across all social output.
- Lead and develop social media & influencer executives, empowering them to deliver best in class social & influencer content.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, and content creators who align with Orb’s brand values and target audience, to amplify brand messaging through influential voices.
- Where relevant organise and execute events for brand campaigns, ensuring they stay on brand tone and bring the right talent.
- Confidence in networking and conducting current client meetings.
- Photoshoot strategy and execution.
- Deal with HNW clients and accounts to ensure they are happy, build
strong working relationships from end to end with a robust roster of
choices and ideas for client entertainment.
What you’ll bring:
- An in-depth understanding of social media platforms and their distinct
communication approaches, from both a brand and influencer/content-creator perspective. - Demonstrated expertise across social media platforms and proficiency with content management.
- Strong verbal and communication skills, with confidence in addressing senior team members, agency partners and influencers/agents.
- Adept at multi-tasking and prioritisation in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative approach, capable of working with diverse collaborators for cohesive campaign delivery.
- Passion and knowledge across Entertainment, Movies & Sport.
- Black book of contacts including talent and venues.
