Working with internal and external partners to deliver campaign plans, manage client expectations and spot opportunities as they become available.
The day to day responsibilities of this position are as follows:
Full account management of our digital OOH billboard, this will include:
- Outreach and business development
- Client management
- Client support on creative where required, working with the graphic team to brief in and help them create something the client will love
- Scheduling in the campaign
- Raising and sending the booking form
- Sending the detail to accounts for invoice to be raised and sent to client
- Outreach and business development for the other side of the business, introducing us as a full service agency and selling all services provided to potential clients
- Gathering client briefs, ensuring that all detail is given. Working with the wider team to ensure that we create a response to brief as promptly and as relevant as possible
- Speaking to Media Owners to get the right formats and the pricing to put within the campaign ready to present back to the client
- Regular discussions/meetings with Media Owners, to be ahead of anything new to market or changes within their portfolio. At this point they would detail any last minute opportunities or product that would be suitable for us to put to our clients
- Monthly meetings with current clients to get an understanding of their long term plans, get an understanding of what was upcoming so we were able to plan campaigns around this
- Providing all weekly and monthly forecasts for the Business Director
- Ensure that the wider team were on track to reach targets and booking volumes, this would include sitting with sales team members, ensure they are outreaching in a suitable way, conducting weekly team meetings to get an understanding of forecasts and current position
- As required, assisting on retained clients to help the wider team, this would include:
- Creating social media schedules
- Helping create content
- Client relationship management
- Attending meetings
- Sitting with the graphic team to help with direction on content
